Senior Developer Advocate, LATAM
Stellar Development Foundation
• Develop and execute engaging strategies for in-person activations that attract and inspire the next generation of developers. • Give keynotes, lead workshops, and provide hands-on mentorship sessions. • Create tutorials, videos, code samples and docs, and interactive content. • Review technical documentation, pull requests, and ecosystem contributions. • Actively seek out builders in other ecosystems and bring them into the Stellar developer community. • Drive participation in developer-facing programs such as the Stellar Ambassador Program.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years as a developer advocate in web3 with a strong background in engineering.
- Experience using AI as part of your development workflow—you understand how it enhances productivity and creativity.
- Experience writing technical documentation, developer guides, or educational content.
- Familiarity with smart contract platforms (Wasm- or EVM-based).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A portfolio that highlights your best web3 DevRel work or an active social media presence.
- A playbook of web3 DevRel ideas that you can bring to the Stellar ecosystem.
- A passion for building, tinkering, and helping others bring their ideas to life.
- An explorer mindset: you may not know everything, but you’re endlessly curious.
