• Own a defined product area or set of experiences (e.g., onboarding, patient portal, care workflows) • Identify and prioritize problems based on patient needs, business impact, and operational constraints • Translate high-level goals into clear product direction, requirements, and success criteria • Partner with Product Leadership to shape and maintain a prioritized product roadmap • Make thoughtful tradeoffs between speed, scope, and impact • Use data, user insights, and business context to inform decisions—not just intuition • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure initiatives are well-coordinated and delivered effectively • Define clear success metrics for initiatives before work begins • Evaluate impact post-launch and identify follow-up opportunities • Use product events, funnel data, and qualitative feedback to understand what’s working and what’s not • Help ensure product decisions reduce preventable friction and confusion, especially early in the patient lifecycle
Job Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a closely related role
- Experience owning product areas and shipping customer-facing features
- Strong ability to reason through ambiguous problems and make clear tradeoffs
- Comfort working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and non-technical partners
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with funnel metrics, lifecycle metrics, or retention concepts
- Experience working with experimentation or A/B testing
- Exposure to operational or clinical workflows
- Strong written thinking and documentation skills
