Role: We are seeking an experienced model audit professional that is passionate about financial modelling and driven by growth. You will work with a team of modelling professionals to analyse and review complex financial models, ensuring they are robust and reliable.

• Define and lead the vision for new features to solve customer problems and strengthen our paid value proposition in the market. • Improve our existing paid membership by paying close attention to customer feedback and product analytics on an ongoing basis. • Lead product development, coordinating with engineering, design, and business teams to develop new features, manage backlogs, and ensure delivery of value to our customers. • Oversee integration efforts, managing partnerships and technical integrations with internal and external platforms to expand product capabilities. • Enhance internal processes, improving tools, workflows, and automation to support efficient product operations and partner needs. • Collaborate with partners, partnering with marketing, sales, legal, compliance, and other teams to support go-to-market strategies and ensure regulatory adherence. • Guide innovation and scalability, identifying opportunities to implement new technologies, automation, and processes that promote customer satisfaction and retention, product growth and efficiency.

• Define and evangelize the multi-year product vision • Own the "buy, build, or partner" decisions • Use deep market intelligence and "Voice of the Customer" (VOC) insights to anticipate regulatory shifts • Oversee the translation of high-level strategy into cohesive, high-integrity roadmaps across multiple teams • Direct the integration of AI/ML and advanced analytics across the platform • Partner closely with Engineering on reporting, success metrics and the development process • Develop rigorous business cases for spend allocation, balancing short-term revenue needs with long-term platform scalability and margin health • Act as a high-profile ambassador for Assent
