Job Description

Sales Operations Product Manager

Switch

• Own the Salesforce product roadmap and prioritize enhancements aligned with business goals. • Manage the Salesforce production environment, including configuration, releases, and performance monitoring. • Lead and develop a team of Salesforce Administrators and Data Analysts. • Establish data governance standards to maintain data accuracy and long-term integrity. • Oversee user access controls, permission reviews, and annual audit processes. • Implement and monitor compliance controls aligned with SOX, GDPR, CCPA, and internal policies. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance to gather requirements and deliver system improvements. • Translate stakeholder needs into clear product specifications and development priorities. • Track platform performance using defined metrics and implement improvements based on results. • Ensure Salesforce configurations meet accessibility standards and support inclusive user experiences. • Identify risks within the CRM ecosystem and implement mitigation plans.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM product management, sales operations, or related roles.
  • Experience managing Salesforce or similar enterprise CRM platforms.
  • Experience supervising technical or analytical team members.
  • Working knowledge of data governance, access control frameworks, and compliance requirements such as SOX, GDPR, or CCPA.
  • Experience translating business requirements into system solutions.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Preferred: Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience with Tableau, Smartsheet, or JIRA.
  • Agile project management certification.
  • Experience in B2B sales environments.
  • Masters degree in a related field.
