Consultant – EPM Financial Transformation

• Project management: Lead complex initiatives from end to end, ensure the quality of deliverables, and become the trusted point of contact for our clients in your areas of expertise. • High-value consulting: Advise clients on strategic decisions, challenge their processes, and design financial transformation solutions that deliver tangible results. • Team development: Embody an internal leadership role. You will be actively involved in: o Coaching and mentoring junior consultants to help them grow their skills. o The recruitment process to attract top talent and build your future team. o Fostering the culture of excellence and collaboration that defines us. • Technical expertise: Leverage your experience with EPM or ERP technologies, whether in AMOA (project owner support) or implementation, to design and oversee robust solutions.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of successful experience in an audit firm (e.g., Big 4), management consulting, or within an IT services firm / systems integrator.
- Functional expertise: Deep knowledge of the finance function (closing processes, reporting, budgeting, etc.) and related transformation projects.
- Technical expertise: Significant experience with one or more EPM solutions (Oracle EPM, Anaplan, OneStream, etc.) or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.).
- Leadership: Previous experience or a strong inclination for team management and mentoring, and a recognized ability to unite and motivate teams.
- Client relations: Excellent client service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
- Languages: Fluency in French and English is required. Proficiency in a third language is a plus.
