• Translate complex PBM contractual terms into robust financial/actuarial models, ensuring all contractual requirements are met or exceeded. • Lead the setup and implementation of new, complex PBM arrangements. • Perform detailed PBM rebate reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in financial forecasting and payment accuracy. • Develop and maintain sophisticated models to forecast rebates, analyze pharmacy cost trends, and identify opportunities for savings. • Work with key stakeholders (Pharmacy Operations, Finance, Legal) to align pharmacy strategy with broader health plan goals. • Monitor industry news, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive position. • Indirectly manage and mentor less senior actuarial team members, fostering growth in pharmacy financial acumen.

• Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients and potential new Industry partnerships. • Proven ability in building relationships with new clients, understanding their business drivers, partnering with new clients to address their needs and positioning Emerson Systems proposals to address their particular challenges and ultimately make clients more successful. • Liaise across internal Business Units to further develop pursuit strategies for wider Emerson play but also allow access to non SYSS accounts. • Vigorously represent, promote and position Emerson SYSS within our served industries. • Actively participating in networking opportunities such as governing bodies, industry conferences and events. • Actively and productively utilize the available sales and support processes, including Solution Selling, Account Plans, CRM (Customer Relationship Management system), sales negotiation and presentations • Involvement in post pursuit analysis and review; making recommendations for process improvements. • Liaise with SYSS proposal teams to lead customer opportunities within the region • Accurately Manage ‘Area new business plan’, regional forecasting and booking data for SYSS throughout the fiscal year. • Develop a strong understanding of Emerson’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning to maximise success

• Manage the operations and staff of the Office of Independent Internal Audit or Department of Finance as assigned • Supervise staff involved in the performance of highly complex and visible internal financial, compliance, and operational audits for the County • Develops and oversees employee work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and control • Compiles and reviews timesheets; approves/processes employee concerns • Assists with or completes employee performance appraisals • Organizes, prioritizes, and assigns work • Consults with assigned staff to assist with complex/problem situations and provide technical expertise • Oversees complex and visible internal financial, compliance, operational audits, fiscal and administrative analysis, and management reviews • Evaluates and assesses the effectiveness of the County’s various fiscal and operational systems of internal control • Assists in developing, implementing, and monitoring Office of Independent Internal Audit (OIIA) business and annual work plans • Provides counsel and direction to DeKalb County officials and other entities on matters related to proposed financial and administrative processes.

• Provide remote IT support to end users across multiple managed clients • Troubleshoot user issues related to laptops, desktops, accounts, permissions, email, and general IT operations • Support both Microsoft and Google workplace environments • Manage IT tickets through various platforms with clear documentation and ownership • Collaborate closely with client’s internal IT team
