Principal Product Manager, Core Standards
Unity Technologies
• Define and evolve the Core Standards framework, establishing the criteria against which third-party Unity packages are measured and verified • Partner with third-party developers and publishers through negotiation and collaboration, building trust and adoption across the ecosystem • Craft and evangelize a compelling narrative that connects Core Standards and the Data Developer Framework, helping developers understand how verified packages and data control work together • Responsible for leading Package Manager integration strategy, ensuring verified packages are discoverable and easy to adopt • Shape the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy, turning the Unite announcement into a successful 2026 launch
Job Requirements
- Technical background in mobile app development with understanding of package management systems and integration workflows
- Proven track record bringing developer-facing products or platform features to market successfully
- Experience negotiating and building partnerships with third-party developers or technology providers
- Strong abilities in product strategy for ecosystem or marketplace products
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to inspire both technical and business audiences
- Experience in game development or familiarity with the gaming industry.
