Role Description Join our team as a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager, where you will be at the forefront of managing the development and updates of educational courseware, simulations, and supplemental products. In this crucial role, you will oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organization strategies and processes to deliver high-quality educational resources that delight middle and high school students and teachers while driving the company’s growth. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of project management experience. - Bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing, education, or similar. - Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is considered an asset. - Comprehensive knowledge of project management principles and methodologies. - Experience with curriculum or EdTech, a plus. Requirements - Strong analytical, numerical, and creative problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and act with a sense of urgency. - Can work effectively remotely either independently or as part of a team. - Experience with project management applications, like Smartsheet, a plus. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. - Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
