• Project manage all RFP/RFI activities from initial receipt through final submission, utilizing Responsive and other enterprise tools to ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables • Effectively coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams (Sales, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Product, Strategy, IT Security, etc.) to develop winning responses • Lead internal response team alignment calls and check point discussions to understand customer needs, confirm scope, identify key differentiators, and guide the team on assignments and timelines • Draft response deliverables, manage project workflows, and conduct thorough quality checks (including formatting, proofreading, and editing of all proposal deliverables) to ensure accuracy, clarity, compliance, and a polished appearance • Effectively handle a workload that includes multiple proposal assignments and other team projects, consistently meeting deadlines
Job Requirements
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- 5+ years of experience managing complex RFP/RFI proposal responses within a dynamic and fast-paced B2B environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- International business experience and an ownership mindset, flexible to support global operations across diverse time zones
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including advanced use of Styles in Word. Expert formatting, editing, and proofreading skills
