Ticket & Hospitality Sales Associate
SailGP
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound outreach and inbound leads • Support the development of sales presentations and proposals tailored to corporate prospects • Assist in client communications and negotiations to help close deals and meet revenue targets • Maintain and update CRM systems to track pipeline activity, reporting, and performance metrics • Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients to support renewals • Conduct market research on ticket and hospitality sales trends, competitor offerings, and regional demand • Collaborate with Marketing to support targeted campaigns promoting ticket and hospitality opportunities • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth contract handoff and successful event-day execution
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in ticket sales, hospitality, events, or the sports industry
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience building and supporting client relationships, ideally including corporate or VIP clients
- Ability to assist in negotiations and contribute to closing sales
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking software
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing or event teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
