Regional Manager, Specialty Sales
reDesign
• Drive net-new specialty pipeline through direct prospecting, partner alignment, and regional relationship development • Identify, position, and close opportunities across: Infrastructure and virtualization services, hybrid cloud architecture, and data center transformation initiatives. • Networking, firewall, and next-generation security solutions including managed network and security services. • Microsoft solutions, services, and licensing strategy including Modern Workplace and M365 adoption. • Cybersecurity services and licensing such as MDR, identity protection, and remediation initiatives. • Data protection, backup, disaster recovery, and resiliency programs. • Partner with Core Sales to accelerate and close complex multi-solution opportunities. • Lead consultative engagements with C-level and technical stakeholders. • Develop solution proposals, pricing strategies, resale quotes, and licensing models. • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Service Delivery teams to ensure seamless execution. • Achieve and exceed regional revenue targets across specialty offerings
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, specialty sales, or technical solution selling
- Proven track record of building pipeline and exceeding revenue targets in complex environments
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and Microsoft ecosystems
- Hunter mentality with the ability to independently originate opportunities
- Executive-level communication and consultative selling skills
- Experience in overlay or specialty sales roles preferred
