Junior Service Engineer – Chromatography
Agilent Technologies
• Install and optimize products and hardware configurations at customer sites • Diagnose and resolve product performance issues • Perform maintenance and repairs • Ensure customer satisfaction by informing customers about preventive maintenance activities and configurations that may affect product performance • Proactively address potential equipment issues to prevent unexpected interruptions to the customer's operations • Implement customers' analytical methods • Train other field engineers and customers/users on the solutions (classroom or on-site)
Job Requirements
- Recent university degree in Chemistry (Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physical Measurements, etc.) or a related field
- Initial experience with analytical techniques/methods in chromatography (GC, GC-MS, LC, LC-MS, HPLC), either as a user of these products or potentially in a technical support role
- Good spoken and written English
