• Responsible for full-cycle, supporting hiring needs across Account Services, Operations, Travel Staff, Event Management, and Specialist-level roles. • Partner closely with department leaders to understand staffing needs, proactively source and evaluate qualified candidates. • Manage hiring pipelines and deliver a high-quality candidate experience. • Provide insight and guidance on hiring strategy, staffing needs, candidate alignment, and talent planning.

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes; • Perform active candidate sourcing via LinkedIn (Recruiter or LinkedIn Lite); • Build and execute efficient Boolean searches; • Proactively reach out to candidates (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp); • Conduct screening and validation interviews; • Assess technical and behavioral fit for the role; • Prepare clear, concise, and well-organized reports; • Update internal vacancy and candidate tracking; • Work on multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining pace and quality; • Meet deadlines, agreements, and delivery standards.
