• Consulting in the SAP environment for S/4HANA implementations and migrations • Analyze existing system landscapes and identify required adjustments • Support in adapting, optimizing and migrating custom code • Functional analysis of business requirements and translation into technical concepts • Implement relevant requirements in close coordination with development teams • Collaborate with project management to ensure successful project delivery

• Manage WhatsApp groups (creation, organization, adding/removing contacts, settings, and maintenance). • Execute SIM card warming processes according to provided guidelines and defined standards. • Send messages following lists, segmentations, and scripts. • Update images, titles, and descriptions in groups and accounts. • Support operational tasks related to WhatsApp and other messaging channels. • Follow workflows, checklists, and instructions, reporting any inconsistencies or issues.

• Responsible for providing functional and technical support related to SAP Business One, including process analysis, requirements gathering and recommendations for improvements according to system best practices. • Conduct in-person and remote training for key and end users, focusing on empowerment and operational autonomy. • Participate in system expansion projects, implementing new branches or companies (legal entities), including parameterization, tax and accounting configurations. • Perform master and transactional data loads using DTW or similar tools. • Work on SAP Business One version migration projects, ensuring data integrity and operational continuity. • Execute integrated testing, user acceptance testing and post-implementation follow-up. • Prepare functional and technical documentation, including manuals and configuration records. • Support the development team by validating scopes, performing tests and clarifying requirements. • Interact with clients to identify improvements, address corrective and evolutionary requests and support system operations.

• Work on national and international projects. • Lead (sub-)projects as a Senior Consultant. • Analyze, design, implement and optimize business processes to digitalize transport logistics. • Reengineer business processes and organizational structures. • Implement business solutions on SAP TM from both organizational and technical perspectives. • Take responsibility for junior and new team members. • Actively support sales processes in the SAP TM area. • Conduct user training and maintain active customer relationships. • Keep up with innovations in the SAP logistics environment and contribute to projects and expert communities.
