Job Description
Marketing Analyst
Glow25
• Own our tracking & measurement setup end-to-end: Design and maintain our marketing tracking stack across GTM (client and server-side), GA4, and marketing pixels. Ensure that new campaigns, features, and landing pages are measurable from day one. • Ensure reliable attribution in a consent-driven environment: Understand how CMPs and consent mechanisms impact attribution, event tracking, and campaign performance, and align tracking with both legal and technical constraints. • Analyze marketing performance beyond platform dashboards: Evaluate ROAS, MER, CAC, and contribution margin, connect campaign performance to backend revenue and subscription behavior, and conduct deeper analysis such as cohorts and CLTV. • Improve the webshop funnel through data-driven analysis: Identify conversion drop-offs, quantify revenue impact, segment performance by traffic source, device, and campaign, and support CRO initiatives with structured analysis. • Build reliable marketing data models and reporting: Use SQL and dbt to model marketing data, maintain consistent metric definitions, and deliver reporting that stakeholders can confidently use for decision-making.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, ideally in a DTC or e-commerce environment with subscription models and paid traffic dynamics.
- Deep hands-on experience with GTM, GA4, and marketing pixels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Affiliate, Native, etc.), from implementation to troubleshooting.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with dbt or similar transformation tools.
- Solid understanding of attribution frameworks, consent-based tracking (GDPR, CMP logic), and funnel/CRO analysis. Experience with attribution tools like Klar is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, combined with a strong ownership mindset.
