• Develop and distill the company POV into data-backed industry white papers. • Automate and optimize processes such as campaign reporting, and performance tracking to improve efficiency and client outcomes. • Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to provide meaningful insights to our clients. • Develop analytics infrastructure to measure the effectiveness of creator campaigns, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for clients. • Lead the design, development, and launch of proprietary technology products to support creator marketing brand activations • Translate client needs and creator trends into innovative tools and data strategies that keep the agency at the forefront of the creator economy. • Collaborate with leadership and client-facing teams to ensure adoption and success of tools, insights, and data-driven storytelling. • Leverage AI to help further the above goals.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years professional work experience, including at least 4 years of experience at a consultancy or agency-environment.
- Proven experience building and scaling data-driven products within marketing, media or tech industries.
- Prior experience with polling, surveys, research methodology.
- Deep understanding of campaign measurement, and digital marketing trends (creator/influencer or social media marketing experience a plus).
- Strong technical background, including experience with data platforms, automation, and analytics systems.
- Leadership experience overseeing product, engineering, and analytics/data science functions.
- Excellent analytical skills.
