• Diseñar y desarrollar integraciones entre SAP SuccessFactors y sistemas internos o externos (SAP HCM, ECP, ERP u otros). • Configurar y administrar herramientas como SAP CPI (BTP), Integration Center, APIs, OData, Web Services y SFTP. • Levantar requerimientos técnicos y funcionales con clientes y equipos internos. • Monitorear, analizar y resolver incidencias relacionadas con interfaces. • Asegurar calidad, seguridad y consistencia de datos en las integraciones. • Documentar desarrollos técnicos y participar en proyectos de implementación o soporte evolutivo. • Identificar riesgos técnicos y proponer mejoras continuas en la arquitectura.
Job Requirements
- Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática o carrera afín.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en integraciones con SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experiencia en SAP CPI / SAP BTP.
- Experiencia en proyectos de implementación SAP (idealmente HCM o SuccessFactors).
- Experiencia integrando soluciones de nómina (ECP o SAP HCM).
- Certificación SAP SuccessFactors o SAP Integration Suite (deseable).
- Inglés intermedio en lectura y escritura (excluyente).

Role Description Epicor Specialist will be responsible for advancing the effective use of Epicor ERP to support operational excellence, data integrity, and informed decision-making across manufacturing operations.
