The individual in this role will serve as the key point of contact for coding and documentation information for ProFee coding in the hospital and ASC setting, providing feedback, and charge capture resolution. Acts as a liaison between our Providers (Physician and/or CRNA) and the Physician Coding RCM Department. Coordinates communication and process information between Coding, Physicians/Providers, Medical Group Operations Leadership, Provider Compensation, Clinical Informatics, Compliance, and other partners. This is a remote position; travel will be required. At this time, US Anesthesia Partners does not hire candidates residing in California, Hawaii, or Alaska. The base pay estimate for this role is $73,600 - $125,100 annually. The final offer will depend on the skills, experience, and qualifications of the selected candidate. This range is for base pay only and does not include bonuses or other compensation. This position is eligible for an annual bonus. Bonuses are not guaranteed and are awarded based on company and individual performance.

• Conduct regular audits of underwriting files across multiple lines of business to assess risk selection, underwriting rationale, and documentation quality. • Identify inconsistencies, trends, and potential gaps in underwriting practices. • Ensure adherence to internal underwriting guidelines and external regulatory requirements. • Assist in providing feedback on, and refining the QA/audit process: including file review workflows, audit schedules, scoring frameworks, and reporting templates. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align QA processes with evolving product and underwriting strategies. • Build trust with underwriters and managers in order to deliver clear, constructive feedback, with a focus on continuous improvement and development of underwriting acumen. • Collaborate with underwriting leaders to recommend training, documentation improvements, or process changes based on audit findings. • Help foster a culture of learning, quality, and accountability. • Track and report on quality trends to various stakeholders with insight into root causes and proposed solutions. • Maintain documentation of audit findings and action items.

Demonstrate strong testing expertise, including test planning and execution Understand the software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks Develop automated test scripts and implement CI/CD tooling Support shift-left automation strategies that enhance testing effectiveness, quality, and early performance evaluation Provide software quality assurance services for projects and systems Support the development of deliverables, including performance and compliance metrics, and audit tracking Define, perform, and document product validation for new and/or modified applications Investigate operational and process problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel Participate in the development, maintenance, and refinement of internal quality control and reliability programs Assist in the execution of quality reviews under the direction of the project team or a senior quality colleague Develop and maintain advanced software automation framework and test scripts used by system testers Support custom APIs between tools
