Job Requirements

  • Formação em TI, preferencialmente: Sistemas de Informação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Engenharia de Software ou Ciência de Dados.
  • Experiência em desenvolvimento.
  • Experiência com configuração do SMAX ou outra ferramenta de ITSM.
  • Conhecimento em ITIL (fundamentos fortemente recomendados).
  • Conhecimento em Gerenciamento de Serviços TI.
