• Gestionar la cola de tickets de soporte: Priorizar y resolver problemas de manera eficiente atendiendo las tareas de trabajo según la entrega de SLA y los recursos disponibles. • Solucionar problemas técnicos: Asistir en el diagnóstico y la resolución de problemas técnicos y escaladas de solicitudes/incidentes entrantes. • Investigar y diagnosticar problemas: Realizar una investigación exhaustiva para diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos para nuestro conjunto de herramientas de aplicaciones. • Tareas administrativas en herramientas de Atlassian: Realizar tareas administrativas y mantenimiento de servidores utilizando CLI en herramientas de Atlassian (Jira, Confluence y Bitbucket Data Center). • Personalización de Atlassian: Realizar personalización a nivel de proyecto y espacio para Jira Data Center. • Actualizaciones de producto: Asistir en la realización de actualizaciones de productos para garantizar que nuestros sistemas estén actualizados. • Soporte de herramientas Gen AI: Apoyar a los desarrolladores en la configuración y administración de herramientas Gen AI. • Monitorear la salud de la aplicación: Monitorear continuamente la salud de las aplicaciones para garantizar un rendimiento óptimo.

Job Requirements

  • Experiencia comprobada en soporte técnico o un rol similar de al menos 3 años.
  • Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y la capacidad de solucionar problemas técnicos complejos.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de Atlassian y gestión de servidores utilizando CLI.
  • Experiencia con tareas administrativas en aplicaciones de Atlassian.
  • Experiencia en monitoreo y mantenimiento de aplicaciones.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y la capacidad de trabajar en colaboración con un equipo.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas Gen AI y su administración es un plus.
  • Experiencia en soporte de servidores de aplicaciones y administración de Linux es requerido.
  • Demostrar habilidades sólidas de diagnóstico y solución de problemas, pensar analíticamente mientras trabaja en un entorno de TI acelerado es requerido.
  • Muestra iniciativa y actúa de manera independiente para resolver problemas descubiertos.
  • Conocimiento de lenguajes de codificación y scripting como BASH y Python.

The Team Platform Engineering is the department within SRE that is responsible for a range of critical infrastructure and operational functions that support the broader engineering organization. Among these are our multi-cloud-provider Kubernetes infrastructure, deployment machinery, and observability and alerting systems. The Fabric team manages the infrastructure that enables secure communication between systems and from the public internet. Their responsibilities encompass network architecture, service mesh, and edge load balancing, ensuring customer data remains safe in transit. The team plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining the reliable and globally connected multi-cloud network that supports MongoDB products. This role can be based out of our Austin, Boston, Los Angeles, New York City, Raleigh, or San Francisco offices or remotely in the United States region. Role Overview We are seeking a talented Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a strong networking background to join the Fabric team. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining the robust infrastructure necessary for secure and efficient communication between our services. As an SRE on the Fabric team, you will leverage your expertise in networking, distributed systems, and automation to ensure our systems are resilient, scalable, and reliable.
