• Develop and maintain user interfaces for the mobile customer service and sales management application, ensuring quality and performance; • Implement features following architectural patterns and development best practices established by the team; • Collaborate with design, product and backend teams to translate requirements into efficient technical solutions; • Participate in code reviews, contributing to continuous improvement of code quality and knowledge sharing; • Write unit and widget tests to ensure the reliability of developed features; • Assist with technical documentation of implemented components and features; • Actively contribute to agile ceremonies and the technical evolution of the product.
Job Requirements
- Solid experience with Flutter development, including state management (Provider, BLoC, or Riverpod), navigation and API integration.
- Mobile development: Knowledge of mobile application lifecycles, UX/UI best practices, and basic performance optimization.
- Backend integration: Experience consuming REST APIs, error handling, authentication and asynchronous data handling.
- Version control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (Git Flow, trunk-based development).
- Agile methodologies: Experience working in agile teams (Scrum or Kanban), participating in dailies, planning and retrospectives.
- Automated testing: Basic knowledge of unit and widget testing, with an understanding of the importance of code quality.
- Problem solving: Ability to debug and resolve technical issues independently, with team support when needed.

Position Overview This Software Engineer position will be part of a strong team providing software engineering support to design, develop, operate and maintain software programs across multiple platforms, technologies and business units. Software engineering support also includes the assessment, maintenance, documentation, modernization, testing, and implementation functions. Responsibilities will include the production of new systems and web applications, as well as support of legacy systems.
