Enterprise Account Manager – Cybersecurity, Identity Solutions, SAAS

Quest Software

• Drive new subscription revenue (ARR) across the Scandinavian region through Quest’s Microsoft Security and SaaS‑based platform solutions. • Expand recurring revenue within existing customers through upsell, cross‑sell, and increased product adoption. • Own the full SaaS sales cycle: digital prospecting, qualification, discovery, business-case development, and subscription negotiation. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned to ARR targets, ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene. • Leverage product telemetry, customer insights, and adoption data to prioritize expansion opportunities. • Partner with Customer Success to support renewals, maximize retention, and grow Net Revenue Retention (NRR).

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience selling SaaS or subscription‑based cybersecurity or Microsoft/Active Directory‑related solutions.
  • Strong track record driving new ARR, managing renewals, and expanding enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated success applying Value Selling or comparable value‑based sales frameworks.
  • Experience in digital‑first pipeline generation and modern SaaS selling practices.
  • Consistently achieved or exceeded SaaS sales quotas.
  • Fluent in at least one Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish).
