Associate Manager, HCP Digital Marketing

• Support the development, execution and promotion of multi-channel digital campaigns (email, web, paid media, webinars and social) in alignment with HCP marketing strategy and business priorities • Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns; ensure flawless inbox experiences and own management of templates, list segmentation, dynamic content, and automations to optimize success • Manage content updates and enhancements across web pages in partnership with internal website and marketing teams • Coordinate the publication and management social content across relevant channels, notably LinkedIn • Contribute to digital content calendars, ensure version control and compliance, and asset organization to ensure alignment and efficiency • Assist with metadata, structured data, SEO and GEO, link tracking, and content governance to support performance measurement, analytics needs, and troubleshooting across digital channels • Deliver technical digital marketing support, ensuring timely and accurate development and deployments • Ensure digital content adheres to compliance, regulatory, and brand standards • Analyze, test & advise on optimizations / track and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to drive increased engagement and conversion • Monitor digital platforms for accuracy, functionality, and optimization opportunities • Stay up to date on digital best practices—especially within healthcare and regulated industries and social media trends • Help evolve digital processes, documentation, and playbooks to support team growth and operational consistency • Partner with larger marketing team to ensure campaign materials and timelines are aligned for successful activation • Act as a key liaison between strategy, creative, and technical teams to keep projects moving and channels performing
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of digital marketing execution experience preferred, ideally supporting multiple stakeholders
- Strong technical skills, including basic understanding of HTML, email service provider platforms, and web content management systems and workflows, excel fluency
- Experience working with Salesforce, SF Marketing Cloud or similar CRM and email systems
- Working knowledge of analytics platforms (GA4, Lookerstudio, Tsbleau, etc.) and ability to consolidate metrics in a meaningful way for reporting and interpreting data stories
- Solid understanding of social media channels and their role in HCP engagement
- Notable organization and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant digital content
- Clear communicator, able to collaborate effectively across marketing, creative, technical, and regulatory functions
- Comfort with hands-on digital execution; thrives in a role that blends operations, technology, and marketing
- Experience working in highly regulated industries
- Familiarity with design programs / Adobe creative suite for tactical requirements.

We’re seeking a Digital Campaigns Manager to own the end-to-end execution of our multi-channel digital demand generation engine. This is a tactical, execution-focused role where you'll build, launch, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth across email, content syndication, paid placements, and directories. You'll be the execution engine behind our efforts to achieve our new logo revenue goal and build a scalable, data-driven marketing organization.
