• Guide customers through the deployment of their platform: Assist customers in the design, implementation, and configuration of their platform based on their needs. • Manage customers infrastructure issues: Diagnose, resolve, and anticipate technical issues related to the infrastructure. • Conduct platform health checks: Perform on-demand audits to assess the performance and resilience of platforms and recommend improvements. • Ensure technical documentation of the architecture: Write and update architecture-related documentation, ensuring it is clear and accessible to all stakeholders. • Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with the Product team to integrate architectural needs into the products, and with Solution Engineers to support pre-sales efforts in resolving platform issues and addressing design requests.

• Assess the quality of consolidated and standardized data stored in the Azure Data Lake, recommend improvements, and implement data quality strategies. • Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to define data quality requirements and implement corrective solutions. • Optimize end‑to‑end data flow and data pipelines, covering extraction, transformation, data quality, and performance improvements. • Work in partnership with the client’s data and IT teams to refine and enhance data models. • Implement foundational Data Governance capabilities, including cataloging, lineage, privacy, and security using Microsoft Purview. • Develop automation and CI/CD pipelines to ensure consistent, scalable, and reliable operation of data and analytics platforms. • Work closely with the project team and offshore project manager. • Attend daily stand‑up calls and provide daily status reporting to the client. • Attend fortnightly governance calls with the client. • Follow SDLC processes and maintain all required project documentation.
