Customer Platform Architect

• Guide customers through the deployment of their platform: Assist customers in the design, implementation, and configuration of their platform based on their needs. • Manage customers infrastructure issues: Diagnose, resolve, and anticipate technical issues related to the infrastructure. • Conduct platform health checks: Perform on-demand audits to assess the performance and resilience of platforms and recommend improvements. • Ensure technical documentation of the architecture: Write and update architecture-related documentation, ensuring it is clear and accessible to all stakeholders. • Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with the Product team to integrate architectural needs into the products, and with Solution Engineers to support pre-sales efforts in resolving platform issues and addressing design requests.
Job Requirements
- Expertise in IT infrastructure (servers, networks, virtualization, etc.).
- Proficiency in system architecture and ability to design robust technical solutions.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex infrastructure issues.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes and Helm, including architecting and maintaining highly available clusters, authoring custom Helm charts, and driving automation for large-scale, cloud-native deployments.
- Communication skills to explain technical concepts to various audiences (customers, internal teams, both technical and non-technical individuals, etc.).
- Analytical mindset and the ability to identify effective solutions for infrastructure challenges.
- Ability to integrate the Customer team, with a willingness to learn and understand the products’ features, software architecture, and threat intelligence domain.
- Team player with collaboration skills, capable of working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Meticulousness in managing technical documentation.
