Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years with a Master’s degree in Service Delivery, Service Operations, or a related field
  • proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization
  • strong executive presence and communication skills
  • data-driven mindset, with experience translating insights into actionable improvements and measurable outcomes
  • comfort operating in ambiguity and balancing strategic thinking with operational execution
