Collaborative Robotics
• Deliver exceptional deployment support and elevate the customer experience. • Lead onsite hardware and software testing to ensure optimal cobot performance. • Troubleshoot, document, and resolve issues to enhance system reliability, and user experience. • Perform parts replacements and robot retrofits to maintain high operational standards. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships grounded in trust, reliability and mutual success. • Prepare sites for deployment through readiness assessments, checklists, and testing. • Create clear operational and technical documentation to build a foundation for excellence. • Partner with Program Manager to drive consistent communication and project progress.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or Supply Chain Management.
- A customer-first mindset with proven success in building positive relationships.
- Proficiency in Linux, Python, and Git or equivalent version control tools.
- Hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical debugging.
- A data-oriented approach, with skills in data visualization or presentation.
- Previous experience deploying and integrating systems into logistics, healthcare, or manufacturing industry.
- Highly motivated teammate with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel (90-100%) for on-site deployments.

About the role In this role, you will support the CDN delivery and day-to-day live-streaming operations for Netflix. As a Live CDN SRE, you will be participating in the preparation, validation, and execution of live streaming focused initiatives in collaboration with related production and engineering teams. You will impact multiple areas of the live event lifecycle, from the planning phase through testing and event launch days. You will be leading innovation initiatives, implementing new features, and driving enhancements in the streaming services delivery. Responsibilities - Drive continual improvement in resilience, observability, monitoring, instrumentation, and automation with the primary goal to maintain highly scalable and reliable CDN services worldwide with excellent quality of experience (QoE) - Implement, automate, execute, and analyze the results from a broad range of streaming CDN delivery focused functional, performance, resilience, and fault injection testing - Coordination, collaboration, and partnership across multiple stakeholders for the smooth execution of live-streaming events - Aggregate, analyze, and correlate large amounts of server and application performance data. Use the innovative Netflix Big Data platform as a highly flexible, specialized and efficient toolset for service delivery optimization and system reliability improvements - Participate in an on-call rotation and be able to work with flexible hours based on the live events schedule, including weekends and holidays Qualifications - Proficient in a programming language such as Python or Go - 3+ years service reliability/operational experience running large scale, high performance systems & internet services with focus on live-streaming and video-on-demand (VOD) delivery - Knowledge of and proven experience with CDNs and HTTP cache/proxy technologies. The range for this role is $388,000.00 - $558,000.00. This compensation range will vary based on location. Role Description The Cloud Operations Engineer is responsible for securing, automating, and operating Avalon Healthcare Solutions’ cloud infrastructure. This role supports the reliability, availability, and performance of business-critical platforms by designing and administering secure AWS environments and applying Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices. The Cloud Operations Engineer partners closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to ensure infrastructure stability, observability, and continuous improvement while supporting the organization’s mission to deliver high-quality, cost-effective diagnostic intelligence solutions. This position is eligible for remote work; however, quarterly travel to Avalon’s corporate office in Tampa, Florida may be required. Essential Functions and Responsibilities - Design, configure, and maintain secure AWS network environments, including VPCs, routing, firewalls, NAT, VPNs, Transit Gateway, WAF, and API Gateways. - Implement and manage AWS security controls, including IAM roles, policies, and Security Groups. - Administer AWS services such as IAM, Systems Manager (SSM), EC2, ECS, AWS Fargate, and Lambda. - Monitor AWS infrastructure and applications using Grafana, OpenSearch, and Amazon CloudWatch. - Troubleshoot infrastructure, security, and network incidents; perform root cause analysis and remediation. - Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to improve reliability, automation, and observability. - Install, configure, and maintain business-critical applications. - Create and maintain technical documentation including system diagrams, procedures, and runbooks.
