• Act to ensure the Scrum concept is understood, applied and disseminated throughout the organization. • Facilitate the mapping and proposal of improvements to the SCRUM application process within development teams. • Collaborate in the analysis and documentation of the client’s business needs, proposing business solutions that best meet them. • Assist the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing the Product Backlog. • Ensure the execution and achievement of the objectives of Scrum events. • Support the Scrum Team in removing impediments. • Assist in the team’s self-organization by suggesting techniques and facilitating processes and people. • Analyze the company’s business processes to determine the best way to implement/maintain SAP. • Configure the system according to established needs and requirements. • Provide support and train users in the correct use of the system. • Perform functional tests to ensure correct operation. • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the system. • Map business needs through targeted inquiries, analyses and observations. • Evaluate existing IT infrastructure and recommend improvements. • Map and troubleshoot issues that may affect software performance. • Work on the functional and business layers of Business Intelligence / Analytics solutions within the SAP ecosystem.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or completion of any undergraduate degree accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master’s or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours.
- SAP Academy course (or equivalent) in the module in which the candidate will operate.
- Preferred experience: 4 years with the main products/modules of the SAP solution implemented in Logistics – FI, FI-TV, FI-AP, AA, BP, MM, MLP, RE, PS, PM, SRM, PPM, CLM, FM, CO, NFe, eSocial and SAP Portal.
- Experience with the main products/modules of the SAP solution implemented in Human Resources – PA, PY, LSO, PD, Time, eRecruiting, EH&S, eSocial, PCP and Business Warehouse (BW).
- Experience in SAP Financial, Controlling, Logistics, HR and Sales modules to define the data model.
- Knowledge: SAP modules; strong knowledge in logistics, human resources, finance and the candidate’s area of expertise.
- Professional knowledge of the main products/modules of the SAP solution implemented in Logistics – FI, FI-TV, FI-AP, AA, BP, MM, MLP, RE, PS, PM, SRM, PPM, CLM, FM, CO, NFe, eSocial and SAP Portal.
- Professional knowledge of the main products/modules of the SAP solution implemented in Human Resources – PA, PY, LSO, PD, Time, eRecruiting, EH&S, eSocial, PCP and Business Warehouse (BW).

Qualifications - Skúsenosti s vedením tímu v oblasti SAP SD sú výhodou. - Znalosť vývoja SAP potrebná na vykonávanie menších úprav. - Skúsenosti koncepciou a s customizáciou. - Nemecký alebo anglický jazyk plynule slovom aj písmom. - Schopnosť samovzdelávania a samostatnosti pri vyhľadávaní informácií. - Bohaté skúsenosti ako konzultant pri priamej komunikácii s klientom a s tým súvisiace výborné prezentačné schopnosti. - Minimálne 5 rokov praxe v oblasti SAP SD.
