Role Description This position requires a completed PhD in a relevant field, PMP Preferred. We are seeking primarily industry professionals to teach and share their knowledge and experience with undergraduate and graduate students in a variety of fields. - Courses meet once or twice a week for eight weeks. - Face-to-face interaction is blended with technology (such as online discussions and online assignments) for an enhanced learning environment. - Faculty are responsible for facilitating student learning by teaching courses and programs in accordance with DeVry University requirements. - Faculty develop course syllabi, lesson plans, and apply teaching techniques to best achieve course and programmatic objectives. - All DeVry instructors will participate in a comprehensive faculty training program and ongoing faculty development activities to ensure the highest quality instruction. - DeVry University does not guarantee any specific number of work hours or assignments, which may vary based on the University’s needs and discretion. Responsibilities - Develops and provides students with an approved DeVry University syllabus that follows a template established by the local campus, and which includes the terminal course objectives. - Organizes, prepares, and regularly revises and updates all course materials. - Uses appropriate technological options for online technologies and course-related software, including Websites, e-mail, and online discussions for preparing the course and making it accessible to students. - Models effective oral and written communications that engage the students, provide clarity, and improve student learning. - Sets clear expectations for the course by publishing course terminal objectives, assignment/examinations dates, and weight the distribution of various evaluation categories. - Ensures that the content and level of material included on exams correspond to the course terminal objectives. - Demonstrates consistency and fairness in the preparation and grading of exams and provides timely feedback to students. - Completes other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Doctoral degree with 15 graduate hours in the subject being taught. - PMP Preferred. - Qualifying credentials must be awarded by an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Administration, or by an international institution determined to hold equivalent accreditation. - Additional requirements driven by state licensing or accreditation considerations may apply. - Faculty must have requisite subject matter expertise and outstanding communication skills. - *Please upload a copy of your unofficial transcripts graduate level and above. Pay - Visiting Professor pay is based on degree, credit hours taught per 8-week session, and location. - Pay may vary in most states from $1500-$2700 per 8-week session. - Pay in the states of AZ, CA, IN and PA is paid at an hourly rate of either $22.00/hour or $23.50/hour. • Support Planning, Engineering and Construction teams for fiber build • Analyze high-volume, ambiguous data sets to drive decisions • Collaborate with various teams to manage workflows • Track milestone activities and KPI results • Create presentations for leadership and C-Suite teams • Collaborate with network and business domain leadership to implement processes

• Developing and monitoring engineering and construction build plans across various network types • Coordinating & creating work schedules to ensure on time delivery for both internal workforce and contracted vendors • Tracking milestone activities for highly complex projects/programs across multiple lines of business both internal and external • Ensuring compliance requirements are adhered to for all regulatory obligations • Ensuring projects meet network readiness dates within budget allotments via strong vendor performance management • Utilizing Cost Per Premise Modeling during design and revision phases • Drive and facilitate actionable data analysis with partner groups (IT, Business, and Vendors) • Providing technical oversight and support to OSP build and Operations teams • Supporting removal of network build roadblocks associated with permitting, contractual interpretation via internal Brightspeed resource, external vendor resources or government bodies • Collaborating with network leadership and business domain leadership to design and implement future state processes that achieve program goals, and end-to-end process engineering objectives • Analyzing, capturing, and interrupting Geographic Information System (GIS) and related IQGeo data • Communicating Training, Job Aids, Methods & Procedures to numerous stakeholders and their teams • Creating and maintaining IT enhancement requirements for fiber design and build organization • Performing User Acceptance Technical Testing • Performing periodic Quality Inspections on the Fiber Build • Willingness to travel periodically for staff meetings, vendor meets, locale relationship building

• Lead site feasibility assessments, including zoning, access logistics, environmental constraints, and infrastructure readiness. • Manage due diligence activities across multiple sites, coordinating internal teams and external consultants to deliver comprehensive evaluations. • Develop permitting and entitlement strategies, working directly with local jurisdictions and regulatory agencies. • Coordinate with design consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure site plans meet operational, technical, and safety requirements. • Build and manage project budgets and schedules; lead cost estimating and pricing reviews with contractors and vendors. • Define EV charging infrastructure requirements in collaboration with engineering and operations teams, including power demand and layout optimization. • Coordinate with utilities and design teams to scope electrical systems, including transformer sizing, switchgear layouts, and service upgrades. • Engage early with EVSE vendors, electrical contractors, and utility providers to align on scope, timelines, and service requirements. • Review and validate electrical design packages for code compliance, utility standards, and long-term scalability. • Act as the central liaison between internal teams (engineering, operations, legal, finance) and external partners (developers, landlords, consultants). • Identify and mitigate risks early in the project lifecycle, providing clear recommendations to leadership. • Deliver project updates, business cases, and risk assessments to senior stakeholders. • Contribute to the development of design standards, permitting workflows, and delivery processes to improve efficiency and consistency. • Support integration of renewable energy, battery storage, and energy management systems into facility designs where applicable. • Oversee a growing pipeline of active and upcoming projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and speed-to-market objectives.
