• Use experience to design job-related coding questions and review AI-generated responses for correctness, efficiency, clarity, and alignment with real-world engineering practices. • Pass a coding assessment as part of the selection process. • Engage in project-based work that can be done alongside other employment.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of data platform engineers. • Define and execute the platform strategy and roadmap. • Ensure the design and operation of high-performance pipelines and data services (batch and streaming). • Implement and improve processes for data quality, lineage, access control, and governance. • Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Data teams to deliver end-to-end data products.
