• Lead the strategy and execution of AI-powered product education and technical content for Savant’s analytics platform • Build scalable documentation, learning programs, and interactive training experiences that accelerate product adoption • Develop and execute a Gen AI-powered product education strategy • Build structured learning paths and training resources for different user personas • Own end-to-end technical documentation including user guides, API docs, and help content • Implement AI-assisted workflows to scale documentation and knowledge content • Design onboarding materials, quick-start guides, and feature deep dives • Build and launch Savant’s Analytics Academy with courses and certifications • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, and Marketing teams • Track engagement with educational content and improve learning experiences using feedback and analytics • Conduct webinars, training sessions, and interactive learning programs • Experiment with AI-driven documentation, interactive guides, and knowledge systems

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Instructional Design, Communications, Computer Science, or related field
