• End-to-End SaaS Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of Cloud/SaaS implementation programs, from initial discovery to "Go-Live" and post-production support. • Global Team Coordination: Lead and mentor a diverse, international team of consultants and configuration specialists to ensure cohesive delivery across different time zones. • Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the strategic liaison between customer executives, IT leads, and internal Veeva Product teams to manage expectations and resolve project bottlenecks. • Requirement & Solution Governance: Oversee business workshops to capture functional requirements while ensuring the technical design meets the holistic needs of the customer. • Critical Path Management: Think critically to proactively identify project risks and design mitigation strategies for challenges the customer may not yet have anticipated. • Data & Migration Advisory: Oversee complex data migration activities, providing expert advisory to ensure data integrity during the move from legacy systems. • Change Management Leadership: Drive methodologies that support customers in successfully switching from rigid on-premises systems to agile, multi-tenant SaaS solutions.
Job Requirements
- Industry Leadership: 10+ years of life sciences experience, with a heavy focus on Drug Safety, Pharmacovigilance, and consulting leadership.
- Project Management Mastery: Proven ability to lead high-impact, global system implementation programs with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of PV processes and safety systems such as Argus, Aris, Veeva Safety
- SaaS/Cloud Fluency: Strong understanding of the nuances of Cloud implementation, including multi-tenancy and continuous release cycles.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with complex safety datasets and exposure to life sciences compliance/CSV requirements.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional English communication skills, specifically the ability to influence and negotiate with diverse global stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of Agile implementation methodology
- Execution Mindset: A "roll up your sleeves" attitude with the ability to act with speed in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel: Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time for project-related needs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences or Computer Science or Management
