Job Summary Coordinate and organize activities surrounding the project cycle while generating cost savings related to assigned projects. Through direct customer contact, the PC is accountable and responsible for managing assigned projects from initial customer requests through completion. Location: This position is a remote opportunity; however, preference will be given to candidates located near St. Louis, MO, Fredericksburg, VA, or Dallas, TX due to occasional travel requirements. Principle Duties and Responsibilities - Ability to read blueprints - Ability to implement, maintain and manipulate spreadsheets in Excel - Ability to coordinate and organize activities surrounding the project cycle - Ability to monitor each project from order entry to completion - Ability to ensure that identified issues are reacted to in a timely manner - Ability to partner with all functions, especially production, to organize and support critical aspects to meet customer delivery dates - Ability to support PM team through capturing, interpreting, inputting, maintaining sales orders; Input/participation at production meetings; Maintaining/Updating all project information through ERP system; Ship schedules; Project/Product expediting; Monitoring/Maintaining critical project/program timelines; and Coordinating shipments and deliveries. - Ability to effectively manage; order entry data, manufacturing, and shipping documentation - Ability to develop competencies and technical skills focusing on design, detail, quality, and engineering of products - Ability to maintain and manage individual project schedules through assistance in coordinating manufacturing, shipping, and installation - Ability to provide shipping instructions as required, including customer shipping specifications - Ability to provide customer service, sales support and back up to Project Management - Ability to complete individual store quantity take offs (multi store roll out programs) - Ability to maintain and update running inventory reports for team and customer and distribute as required - Ability to develop cost proposals for final review by project team - Ability to upload and organize various field reports and other information on internal or external web-based sites - Ability to assist in managing finished goods inventory Qualifications - 2+ years project coordination/administrative capacity preferably in the consumer environments industry - Organization skills - Customer Focus - Attention to Detail - Vendor Coordination experience - Process Coordination experience - Experience in Excel, Outlook, Word, Microsoft Project, - Experience with ERP systems; Epicor preferred The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

About the Role The Engineer is responsible for supporting detailed engineering development across multiple retail and commercial programs. This position plays a key role in translating design intent into accurate, manufacturable engineering packages while coordinating closely with internal teams and our idX China division. The Engineer ensures drawings, BOMs, and technical requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with program needs.
