Job Overview Impact Advisors is seeking dynamic and motivated Epic Implementation Project Managers with experience in Revenue Cycle, Clinical, Inpatient, Ambulatory, etc. to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing medium to large-scale projects with medium to high levels of complexity, including planning, budgeting, resource management, deliverables, development, timelines, issues and risks. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry. Responsibilities - Manage medium to large-scale projects to achieve project goals while controlling resources, risks, conflicts, timeliness, and costs. - Lead and execute Epic clinical implementations initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of Epic modules to enhance performance. - Develop project scope, deliverables, and plan in alignment with project objectives. - Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify gaps, and implement solutions that align with industry best practices. - Provide expertise on Epic functionality, configurations, and workflow. - Travel, as necessary, to client sites to perform required tasks. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience managing multiple Epic implementations and cross-functional teams and utilizing certifications in at least one Epic module. Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree - Minimum 5+ years of professional experience managing Epic implementations is required. - Epic Certification in your particular area of expertise is preferred (ie. HB, AMB, Beaker, Orders, etc). Skills and Competencies - Proven experience managing Epic implementations. - Ability to interact with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one-on-one and group settings. - Plan, budget, communicate issues and risks. Additional Information - Ability to travel up to 75%, as needed. - Work schedule is typically M-F. At Impact Advisors, we prioritize transparency and equity in our compensation practices. About the Role The Engineer is responsible for supporting detailed engineering development across multiple retail and commercial programs. This position plays a key role in translating design intent into accurate, manufacturable engineering packages while coordinating closely with internal teams and our idX China division. The Engineer ensures drawings, BOMs, and technical requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with program needs. This role requires strong project management discipline, consistent communication, and the ability to manage workstreams that may require off‑hours coordination due to China-based engineering workflows. The ideal candidate brings technical expertise, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Location: This is a remote role and all candidates will be considered, though there will be a preference placed on candidates near St. Louis, MO.
