• Own the strategy and execution for growing student MAUs. • Own all key MAU drivers, including the Bold Rewards system, browser plugin, mobile app, and lifecycle notifications. • Work closely across engineering, design, operations, marketing, and data to define the roadmap. • Responsible for creating durable growth and healthier activation funnels. • Make Bold.org products more valuable and engaging. • Collaborate with engineering, ops, design, and marketing teams to ship features that improve habit formation.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated success as a retention, rewards, or lifecycle-focused product manager, preferably at a consumer-facing or fintech company.
  • SQL + strong analytical instincts.
  • Experience collaborating tightly with engineering, operations, design, lifecycle, and marketing teams.
  • Strong project leadership.
  • Experience with notifications, plugin adoption, lifecycle messaging, or rewards systems is a major plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex retention mechanics into intuitive product experiences.
