• Manage end-to-end delivery of email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, including build, segmentation, and QA. • Develop and maintain automated flow programs such as welcome, post-purchase, and abandoned cart sequences. • Prepare creative briefs grounded in strategy and past performance data. • Review campaign metrics and recommend adjustments to segmentation, send timing, and prioritization. • Join client or internal calls, document key takeaways, and convert discussions into actionable next steps. • Oversee ClickUp (or similar tools) for task creation, timelines, and progress tracking. • Translate strategy sessions, call notes, or project updates into clear execution plans. • Manage competing priorities across multiple active accounts or workstreams. • Identify blockers or missing inputs early to prevent delays. • Maintain accountability and drive forward progress without close supervision.

Job Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in email and lifecycle marketing.
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo for campaign setup, automation flows, segmentation, and QA.
  • Experience managing SMS marketing programs.
  • Strong project management background with tools such as ClickUp or Asana.
  • Comfortable working across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to make informed decisions independently and manage shifting priorities.
  • Preferred Experience: Previous work in an agency or multi-client environment.
  • Experience supporting marketing strategists or directors.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify and subscription tools (Stay.ai, Recharge, Skio).
