• Provide a broad range of fully integrated audit services for our global clients. • High-quality deliverables covering complex sections with a reasonable number of workpaper comments. • Facilitate fieldwork and coordinate deliverables from multiple team members. • Demonstrates depth of knowledge of methodology, relevant standards, and systems. • Collaborate with Manager to guide associates and monitor productivity and workplan schedule. • Proactively addresses client concerns and escalates issues as they arise. • Interacts with clients and engagement teams to ensure efficient information flow.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years external audit experience
- ITC / Board 1 Pass (non-negotiable)
- Fully Qualified ACA / ACCA / CPA
- Prior Australia busy season experience
- CaseWare software experience essential
- Ability to review and coach junior team members
- Experience auditing and documenting basic and complex audit sections
- 5+ years external audit experience for Senior In-Charge role
- 2+ years leading teams and managing audits end-to-end for Senior In-Charge role
- Experience planning audit budgets and resources for Senior In-Charge role
- Proven track record reviewing and signing off on work papers for Senior In-Charge role

Role Description Valley View Hospital is seeking a qualified individual to work as a full-time Billing Auditor in our Patient Financial Services department. This is a REMOTE position! Must live in the United States. - Billing or Insurance Follow-up experience required! - Meditech/Epic experience preferred! - The general objectives of this position are to: - Coordinate Commercial billing, ensuring clean claims are sent out. - Demonstrate extensive methodology and knowledge to produce accurate UB04 and 1504 forms. - Deal with billing issues in a professional manner to resolve balances and obtain financial goals of the department. - Process re-bills as necessary. - Validate claims on SSI. - Ensure that claims are sent out with appropriate information such as authorizations and correct patient information. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Maintains accurate account information at all times. - Makes necessary corrections to accounts for proper billing. - Ensures billing is done in a timely manner by monitoring reports generated by the billing system. - Processes the Medicaid RA for adjustments. - Re-bills insurance companies when needed. - Timely prepares and bills secondary payer accounts. - Researches and resolves late charge/credits for accuracy and re-bill. - Documents each account to reflect action taken and when additional action is scheduled. - Acts as a liaison and coordinates needed documentation between payer, medical records, review organizations, manager care provider, physician's office, and ancillary departments. - Coordinates with the system operations department to discuss processing problems and resolutions. - Monitors rejection reports and resolves issues. - Provides feedback of issues and trends to improve processes. - Ensures claims are received by the payers. - Covers the duties of the other billers (Medicare and Medicaid) when needed. Qualifications - Education: High School graduate or equivalent required. - Experience: 1-3 years of healthcare business office experience required. - Organizational experience required. - Skills: - Computer skills, Meditech, SSI, Optical Storage System, PC, Windows Software. - Read/comprehend written instructions. - Follow verbal instructions. - Payer billing requirements compliance. Role: Supplements Regulatory Analyst FLSA: Full Time | Exempt | Salaried | Remote (US) Reports to: Manager, Regulatory Scope of Position: The regulatory team at Trustwell proactively monitors the regulatory landscape to ensure the compliance of Trustwell’s software offerings. In this role, you’ll serve as a company subject matter expert for labeling and nutrition regulations for the U.S., Canada, Mexico, European Union, Australia/New Zealand, and any other new emerging markets with special expertise in dietary supplement and natural products labeling. You will also assist as needed in initiatives like customer and internal team training, marketing campaigns, and other endeavors that support the Regulatory Team Manager.
