Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as researcher or engineer.
- Strong technical proficiency: programming skills and the ability to understand large and complex systems and architectures.
- Openness and willingness to experiment & learn: readiness to take on new challenges, explore new technologies, and continuously expand knowledge in the ad tech domain.
- Independence & proactive attitude: ability to take initiative, make decisions, and act without excessive supervision while maintaining a high standard.
- Goal-oriented mindset: focus on achieving specific project goals and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Collaboration & communication: ability to work effectively with teammates and other teams, clearly sharing knowledge and cooperating with external organizations (e.g. major browser vendors, W3C, GitHub discussions).
- Ability to build Proof of Concepts (PoCs): creating prototypes and experimental solutions to evaluate effectiveness and utility.
