Virtual Sales Manager

EVERSANA

• Oversee daily activities and provide ongoing team & Virtual Sales Rep leadership • Foster an environment that rewards accomplishment • Establish performance expectations and oversee activity of direct reports • Liaise between the client and EVERSANA for daily requests • Monitor sales metrics and coach the Virtual sales team • Participate in marketing strategy discussions • Provide impactful client interaction

Job Requirements

  • BS required
  • 3+ years in pharma virtual sales and sales leadership
  • Demonstrated success leading high-performing virtual sale teams
