• Architect the AI Landing Zone, including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft Copilot services. • Ensure the platform is secure, compliant, and designed to scale across academic, administrative, research, and healthcare environments. • Define and enforce governance, identity/SSO integration, and infrastructure requirements. • Implement architectural controls to support FERPA, accessibility (WCAG/508), privacy, and institutional policy requirements. • Design integration patterns with core client systems (SIS, LMS, SSO, APIs, data sources). • Collaborate with the Data/Technology Lead to define secure data pipelines, connectors, and access patterns. • Evaluate technology options (Azure OpenAI, Copilot, Power Platform, Fabric) for each use case. • Establish CI/CD pipelines, monitoring dashboards, cost transparency mechanisms, and lifecycle management processes. • Review prototypes, solution designs, integrations, and deployments for technical completeness and architectural alignment.

• Lead and support client projects focused on small molecule API process development, scale-up, and manufacturing optimization. • Conduct site assessments, gap analyses, and provide recommendations for process improvements and compliance. • Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and mass/energy balances. • Translate client requirements into actionable design scope and document decisions, open issues, and action items. • Identify and escalate scope changes or design deviations to project leadership. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, mechanical, electrical, and construction. • Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and client stakeholders. • Support capital project planning including feasibility studies, equipment selection, and facility design. • Ensure alignment with industry standards including cGMP, FDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines. • Participate in advanced project activities such as: Technical bid tabulations, Vendor package management, Factory acceptance testing, Risk assessments (e.g., HAZOP, HACCP), 3D model reviews and coordination, Sequence of operations and functional specification reviews. • Mentor junior engineers and design staff. • Lead system design programming and planning with support from senior engineers. • Participate in cross-discipline squad checks and drive overall project quality.

• Support CEI activities including construction oversight, field inspections, documentation, and reporting • Assist with reviewing plans, specifications, estimates, and contractor submittals • Monitor construction progress and quality of work • Prepare daily field reports and maintain project documentation • Coordinate with contractors, designers, and clients

• Provide advanced technical and programmatic support to Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) • Support national-level initiatives aimed at standardizing, deploying, and sustaining telehealth capabilities across VA medical centers • Apply deep expertise in biomedical engineering, healthcare technology management, and system integration to enhance safety, reliability, and performance of telehealth technologies • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support system implementation, testing, and operational readiness while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity, patient safety, and regulatory requirements • Contribute to program assessments, support incident response, and medical device investigations
