Job Description

Lead Technical Engineer, Advanced Concepts

PMAT INC.

• Serve as a senior technical lead / Subject Matter Expert • Provide mentorship/guidance and strategic direction on a spectrum of new capability initiatives • Help or lead AI/ML execution and implementation within projects • Lead or advise on AI adoption & implementation strategy at PMAT • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI with corporate strategies • Supervisory responsibilities for a diverse, geographically distributed data science team • Lead and support the identification of potential new customers and their challenges • Act as a trusted interface with government stakeholders • Stay current with AI trends and emerging technologies • Train and upskill PMAT personnel in AI/ML adoption and implementation

Job Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership and analytic experience in data discovery, management and implementation
  • Demonstrated success in introducing, driving the adoption of, and implementing AI/ML technologies and solutions
  • Data Governance experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Python and a variety of other AI/ML tools and technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
  • Active Top Secret / SCI clearance, or eligibility to maintain one
