Digital Marketing Specialist

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across technical, on-page and off-page SEO to drive organic growth. • Plan, implement, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Paid Social, and Display. • Be able to use HubSpot to a high level: setup tracking, email nurtures, dashboards. • Manage, track and report on performance using platforms such as Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, and native ad platforms. • Build intuitive and actionable dashboards to monitor campaign success and surface insights. • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance audits to identify opportunities and inform optimisations. • Develop client-ready reports and present campaign results, insights and strategic recommendations. • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on digital strategy. • Stay across the latest trends and innovations across SEO, paid media and digital marketing best practice. • Partner with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies and business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in a similar digital marketing role (agency or in-house).
  • Proven success in both SEO and Paid Media campaign strategy and execution.
  • Proficient in the following tools for SEO: SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and keyword research tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs etc).
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO (metadata, schema, site speed, crawl/indexing, robots.txt, sitemaps etc).
  • HubSpot setup and management
  • Analytical mindset with strong experience creating dashboards and pulling actionable insights from data.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas and data clearly.
  • A collaborative and proactive team player with a positive attitude and thirst for knowledge.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills — able to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Bonus points:** Experience in Programmatic Advertising or working knowledge of CRO and UX principles.

The Director, Digital Marketing will oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns including but not limited to overarching social media strategy, maintaining campaign timelines, online advertising campaigns, influencer & seeding campaigns, marketing automation management, assets, website updates, and other ongoing initiatives. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity reporting to the VP, Marketing and is based in Hollywood, CA. The target starting pay in California is between $135,000 and $160,000. Responsibilities · Lead audience segmentation, targeting, content creation, deployment, analytics, and advertising campaign optimization. · Monitor digital campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities, recalibrate targeting, messaging, and creative assets based on audience behavior and responses to maximize ROI. · Leverage data, analytics, and customer insights to implement strategies across digital touchpoints, delivering tailored content, product recommendations, and offers to member segments while enhancing engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value. · Work cross-functionally and with our external partners to design, develop, and optimize website and landing pages, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly experience. · Achieve established growth marketing goals regarding leads at all funnel stages, website visitors, SEO rankings, and other program goals. · Use innovative, data-informed approaches to drive audience development across email, SMS, social and emerging platforms. · Forge and maintain strategic social partnerships to amplify brand presence and engagement. · Strategize and roadmap social initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business goals. · Conceptualize and implement robust test-and-learn digital roadmaps to drive incremental growth and innovation. · Identify and maintain the relationship with marketing technology stack providers to deliver a best-in-class digital experience for current and potential members and aid in reaching organizational KPIs. · Perform other tasks as required.
