• Design, develop, and deploy robust AI-powered applications, with a focus on agentic and multi-modal AI systems. • Architect scalable, production-grade software solutions using modern programming languages (Python preferred) and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch). • Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle: from ideation and prototyping to deployment and monitoring in cloud environments (AWS preferred). • Collaborate closely with AI researchers, scientists, software developers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Build and optimize data pipelines for training, evaluating, and serving AI models. • Implement best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps within the GenAI team. • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning. • Stay current with advancements in AI, agentic systems, cloud engineering, and drive their adoption within the team. • Contribute to strategic planning, technical roadmaps, and cross-functional initiatives that align with organizational goals.

Java Lead Developer About the Role As a Java Lead Developer, you'll play an integral role in building the roadmap of the company's technology strategy. Responsibilities - Extensive Hands-on experience in Server-side/Web Services development, enhancing and maintaining enterprise-class applications on the J2EE application development platform. - Required Hands-on experience participating in all phases of the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle). - Extensive Hands-on development experience implementing applications utilizing any J2EE Application Server, Authentication and Authorization, Caching strategies - Hands-on programming experience using Java, J2EE, REST/SOAP, HTML5, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS3, Bootstrap, Webix JS, Spring, JSON, XML, JWT, OAuth, Postman, ReadyAPI, and/or similar technologies. - Experience in implementing REST services supporting client-facing application. - Experience implementing REST services security using JWT, OAuth, and other related technologies / standards. - Experience in development of self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components Demonstrable experience developing, optimizing, and maintaining an enterprise-level web services including complete ownership of the services stack. - Preferred Hands-on experience with Agile Development Methodologies (preferably Scrum). - Preferred Hands-on experience with CI/CD methodologies and containerized application deployments. - Preferred Hands-on experience with web applications developed for Cloud platforms. - Experience in HHS business domain like SNAP, TANF. Requirements - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field - Total experience 10+ as Full Stack Java developer - Federal government or State level experience - 2 years’ experience in Health and Human Services programs (SNAP and TANF). - 2 years’ experience in Eligibility and Enrollment.
