• Actively collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and recommend scalable system solutions meeting business needs • Perform hands-on configuration, testing, and documentation of Workday solutions to implement new functionality and enhancements based on business and regional requirement • Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot complex system issues and defects • Provide day to day Workday system support for a global userbase, including ticket resolution, audits, data uploads (EIBs) • Develop dashboards and advanced, matrix and composite reports that address business needs • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance and optimize processes within and outside the system using Workday capabilities • Stay current on new system features, updates and best practices and share insights with the team to facilitate continuous improvement • Create and deliver system training tools (i.e. process documentations, training sessions, communications)
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of strong hands on configuration experience is required (3 or more of the Workday modules/areas: core HCM, Absence & Time Off, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Integrations, Recruitment, Reporting, Security)
- Must have working proficiency in both English and Spanish
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and explain technical concepts in practical terms in both languages
- Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with a focus on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sensitive data
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Solid understanding of Human Resources processes and concepts

Role Description Au sein de la mission « budget et commande publique », le bureau pilotage et ressources budgétaires (BCP1) : - Élabore les différents documents budgétaires des programmes 205, 197 et 362 ; - Organise les rendez-vous budgétaires dans le cadre du dialogue de gestion ; - Propose la programmation des budgets, y compris celui de l’administration centrale ; - Assure la tutelle financière des deux opérateurs du maritime, l’École Nationale Supérieure Maritime (ENSM) et l’Établissement national des invalides de la marine (ENIM) ; - Assure le suivi des budgets ; - Rend compte de l’exécution du programme ; - Met en place le contrôle interne financier.
