• Proactively seek telephone contact with entrepreneurs, engage them in meaningful conversations about business growth and preparing their business for sale • Recruit entrepreneurs for participation in masterclasses and other business events for our sales funnel • Work together with the Business Development Manager to actively think (strategically) about the further international growth of Marktlink and Marktlink Exit Ready • Help entrepreneurs plan their future and provide guidance during the last phase of entrepreneurship • Commitment to continuous improvement, self-development and administrating conversations accurately • Demonstrate self-reliance, take full ownership, and hold yourself accountable for your success
Job Requirements
- Energized by conversations, experienced with prospecting and phone acquisition
- A solid track record in working with entrepreneurs
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to engage in meaningful conversations with entrepreneurs
- Fluent in the respective market language and has a strong professional background in the country
- Available for 3-5 days a week
- Open to work from a local ML office or from your home in a country where we are present
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
