VELUX
• Develop a sales strategy based on major market trends, customer needs, and VELUX Belgium's overall strategy • Manage a team of sales representatives active in the professional retail and DIY market • Define strategic and operational approach for resellers and follow up on their field activities • Ensure the development of the competencies of team members and support them in their growth • Manage an existing portfolio of key clients in the DIY chain segment • Build long-term relationships with partners and maintain regular contact with purchasing headquarters • Present products and strategy to key clients and develop joint marketing and commercial initiatives • Collaborate closely with all internal departments of VELUX Belgium • Report to the Market Director of VELUX Belgium
Job Requirements
- Hold a university degree in a commercial and/or marketing field
- Solid experience in relationship management within a B2B context
- Experience in team management, ideally in a B2B environment
- Strong experience in Key Account Management, preferably within the construction sector
- Master the fundamentals of marketing and ideally have already gained initial experience in this area
- Able to build strong partnerships and outstanding negotiator
- An affinity with the construction sector is considered an asset
- Diplomatic and analytical mindset and capable of demonstrating empathy
- Perfectly bilingual in Dutch and French, with an active knowledge of English
