• Manage a team of 3 professionals comprising 2 Project Managers and 1 Architect. • Develop our presence within the new build sector by fostering relationships with house builders and specifiers. • Collaborate with specifiers and house builders to integrate our products at every stage of their projects. • Collaborate with the architect to create and implement our "Daylight Academy" concept. • Maintain and strengthen our position in the residential project market using tools, trade terms, and communication strategies. • Actively contribute to the VELUX international community to enhance the relevancy and influence of our solutions.
Job Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of the residential building market in Belgium.
- Strong experience with specifier strategies and approaches.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is a must.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- A results-driven mindset with a creative and constructive approach to problem-solving.
