• Support growth team and leadership in the production of short-form and long-form video and graphical content • Help translate strategic ideas into polished visual outputs • Actively use AI-powered creative tools along with editing platforms to produce high-quality deliverables efficiently • Convert internal recordings and research insights into short-form video content • Edit clips and refine pacing, captions, and narrative flow • Optimize videos for platform-specific formats • Support production of YouTube-ready content • Create images and visual concepts using AI tools • Prepare content for upload across platforms and coordinate formatting requirements for ads and website publishing

Job Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Experience with video editing software (CapCut, Opus Pro, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
  • Comfortable experimenting with AI image and video generation tools
  • Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
  • Ability to work from rough inputs and create polished outputs
  • Organized and able to manage multiple deliverables
  • Bonus: Experience editing YouTube content
  • Familiarity with paid advertising creative requirements
  • Understanding of storytelling structure in short-form video
