• Translate business requirements into a clear Salesforce solution design and configuration plan. • Implement end-to-end processes using Salesforce out-of-the-box capabilities and best practices. • Strong hands-on configuration across core platform: data model (objects/fields/record types), Lightning pages, page layouts, security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing), and standard automation. • Build and maintain Flow solutions (record-triggered, scheduled, screen flows) with a focus on scalability and maintainability. • Configure standard Salesforce capabilities when relevant to scope, and related OOTB features. • Configure standard reporting and dashboards as needed to support business operations.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Implementer, hands-on.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce OOTB functionality and configuration best practices.
- Strong expertise with Flow.
- Strong English communication skills.
