Job Requirements
- Education: A B.Tech in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related disciplines from prestigious institutions (IITs, IISc, IIITs, BITS, ISI, or equivalents) with a CGPA greater than 8.5.
- Experience: 1 year of practical experience in backend software development.
- Technical Skills:
- ○ Proficient programming capabilities in Python.
- ○ Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and operating systems concepts.
- ○ Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and handling datasets.
- ○ (Preferred) Experience with distributed systems and network programming.
- Mindset: Analytical, driven by ownership, and enthusiastic about learning from peers and mentors.

As a practice team lead, you will provide oversight of a remote team, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery within our SailPoint practice.
