Snowflake
• Engage with several Snowflake customers • Lead technical streams of client data platform implementations and on-boarding efforts • Collaborate with Customer Engagement and Delivery matrix resources for project management and functional support • Help clients troubleshoot implementations and integrate the product • Identify, document, triage, and track issues for resolution • Contribute to the growth of Customer Delivery and Training teams through documentation and optimization • Gather product feedback from customers to inform new features
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer facing technical role
- Experience with Distributed systems and massively parallel processing technologies and concepts (Snowflake, Teradata, Spark, etc.)
- Knowledge of Data strategies and methodologies (Data Mesh, Data Vault, etc.)
- Familiarity with Data organisation and modeling concepts (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, etc.)
- Understanding of Infrastructure concepts (Cloud Hyperscalers, Security, Disaster Recovery Planning, etc.)
- Experience with Data Engineering frameworks and concepts (batch processing, SQL, Python, etc.)
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence and analytics solutions (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Understanding of AI/ML key concepts (classification, regression, etc.)
- A strong track record in building cloud data platforms and strong consulting skills
